El Trece En vivo (The Thirteen, officially translated Channel 13) is an Argentine television network and the flagship station of the same network, located in the capital of Argentina, Buenos Aires. Channel 13 was founded on October 1, 1960. Began issuing that day at 20:30.1 The channel was tendered to the company Rio de la Plata SA TV, made by Cuban Goar Mestre, the U.S. network CBS and Time-Life company. In the mid-1960s, Editorial Atlantida and Mestre's wife bought the shares of the channel. Since then, the channel began to compete strongly with the other two open private channels (Canal 9 and Telefe) in the city of Buenos Aires, which had gone through a similar process. In those years there were great successes of television in Argentina, as Seeing Biondi, comedy show centered on characters from Pepe Biondi, the Falcon family, with Peter Quartucci, nut, sketch comedy show, like the great success "Telecataplum", featuring an innovative group of comedians like Richard Espalter, Uruguayan Enrique Almada and Gabriela Acher, among others.

América 2 (América TV; formerly: Canal 2) is a national channel of Argentina, from La Plata that also broadcasts from Buenos Aires' Palermo neighbourhood. It was launched on June 25, 1966 as Rivadavia Televisión/TeVeDos, and in April 1991 the name changed to America. The bulk of programming of this channel can be found between 12 p.m. and 12 a.m. local time (1500-0300 UTC), offering talk/gossip/comedy shows and news. The rest of the day a mix of informercials, paid religious shows and home shopping is shown.

RTP1 is the first television network of Rádio e Televisão de Portugal, the Portuguese public broadcasting corporation. RTP Internacional (abbreviated as RTPi) is the international television service of Rádio e Televisão de Portugal, the Portuguese public broadcaster. Entreprise nationale de télévision (Arabic: التلفزيون الجزائري, ENTV) is the Algerian national public television network. The group manages the television channel with the same name, Canal Algérie, Algérie 3 (known as Thalitha TV in Arabic) and Tamazight TV.ENTV was the only television channel until 1994, when French-speaking Canal Algérie was created.

Televisión Española is the national state-owned public-service television broadcaster in Spain.
